We read every message we receive. Whether you ran into a bug, want to suggest a feature, need clarification about licensing, or have a business question, this page explains the best way to reach us.

1. Email Is the Only Support Channel

Web PSEditor is a small, independent project without a ticket desk or phone line. Email is the single official channel, and it keeps every conversation in one searchable record so nothing gets lost. Please include the details below so we can help on the first reply:

• The exact page or tool you were using (for example, "Filter → Sharpen" or "Magic Wand selection").
• Your browser and operating system (for example, Chrome 128 on Windows 11).
• A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.
• Screenshots, if the problem is visual. Please hide any personal information first.

2. What We Can Help With

• Bug reports — a tool that behaves incorrectly, a crash, a rendering glitch, or an export that fails.
• Feature requests — tell us which editing capability you are missing and what you are trying to accomplish with it.
• Usage questions — how to achieve a specific result. The tutorial library answers most of these already.
• Licensing and attribution — questions about the MIT License or about using Web PSEditor in a commercial workflow.
• Privacy questions — anything unclear about how images, cookies or advertising data are handled.
• Business and advertising — partnership, sponsorship or media inquiries.

3. What We Cannot Help With

To set honest expectations, some requests fall outside what is technically possible for us:

• Recovering lost images or projects. Your files are never uploaded, so we have no copy to recover. Keep local backups and save your project as a JSON file while you work.
• Editing files on your behalf. We cannot open, process or deliver edited images for you.
• Repairing browser or device problems. Issues caused by an outdated browser, an interfering extension or a full disk must be resolved on your side.
• Undoing changes you already exported. Always keep the original file until you are satisfied with the result.

4. Copyright and Content Inquiries

If you believe material accessible through this website infringes your rights, please email us with (a) a description of the work, (b) the exact location of the material, and (c) a statement of your authority to act on the rights holder's behalf. We review every notice and respond promptly.

Note that images you edit in Web PSEditor are processed locally and never stored by us, so we hold no library of user content to search.

5. Response Time

Messages are handled in the order received, in English or Chinese. Most are answered within 1–3 business days; complex bug reports that need reproduction may take a little longer. If you have not heard back after a week, feel free to send a short follow-up on the same email thread.

6. Before You Write

Many common questions are already answered in writing — the tutorials cover editing workflows, the Privacy Policy covers data handling, the Terms of Service cover licensing, and the About page explains how the tool works. If your question is answered there, you will save yourself the wait.
